Moksha AI LLC ("Moksha AI", "we", "us", or "our") builds and operates Price Perfect, an AI pricing platform for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit priceperfect.app (the "Website"), when we contact you by email, and when you use Price Perfect.

By using the Website or communicating with us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This Website

The Website is a static informational site. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the request, to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

Business email communications

We may send emails to business professionals who we believe could benefit from Price Perfect. For this purpose we process business contact information, such as your name, work email address, job title, company name, and company website. We get this information from publicly available sources, such as company websites and professional profiles, and from business data providers.

When we send these emails, we may record basic engagement information, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or replied to, and the content of any reply you send.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a relevant product. You can object at any time.

Opting out. If you do not want to receive further emails from us, reply to any of our emails with "unsubscribe" or a similar request, or email contact@priceperfect.app. We will stop contacting you within 10 business days. We keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

If you use Price Perfect

When a merchant installs and uses Price Perfect, we collect:

1. Store data through Shopify's APIs: order information, product details, discount details, sales channel details, inventory details, and store configuration, as needed to provide the service.
2. Information from merchants: contact details that merchants give us, and logs of how merchants use the app, which we use to support merchants and improve the product.
3. Information about merchants' customers: we do not collect information from merchants' customers through cookies or tracking technologies, and we do not log customer visits or navigation within stores.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain Price Perfect and the Website
• To communicate with you, including responding to questions and sending information about Price Perfect
• To improve our products and develop new features
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only:

• With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, and email delivery providers, under contracts that limit their use of the information
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy

Data retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Price Perfect and the Website are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
